These guys came out to work on my tankless water heater and did a great job diagnosing and troubleshooting. Kirk and Seil are great and would highly recommend them. Very professional at a reasonable rate.

This was a warranty service call to replace a water heater part that was broken out of the box. The tech was prompt and very thorough checking over the entire install not just the broken part. The couple of things that he corrected most definitely saved premature aging of my water heater. Thank you!

The technician was very polite and courteous. He came when he said he would and had the repair fixed within minutes. Even though I gave this 4 stars I did have a terrible time getting through to the Rheem company to activate my warranty. I was without hot water for 10 days because you have to sit on hold forever and I was having a terrible time trying to get through.

Jason did a great job. He was efficient, careful and clean. He explained everything I needed to know about our new unit very clearly. Everyone at US Water Heating was patient and helpful. I am very glad I called US Water Heating to replace our old water heater.

Not only was he on time but he was extremely knowledgeable, amiable and professional. I can't praise and/or recommend this company enough.
