The only thing I’ll say is this, I’ve been to two different places before I visited Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy, concerning my hearing. After my visit, I’ve decided that as long as I have choice PMB ENT & Allergy will be #1 every time. Thanks to Dr Robert Hughes mostly, and his team. I can’t forget them at the front desk.If you’re someone who’s experiencing issues inside your ears, I’d suggest making an appointment at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy to see Dr Robert Hughes. You won’t regret it 🙂

I was very pleased with my experience at Becker ENT & Allergy, from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy to do online, and you can choose to fill out the paperwork in advance. The office also validates parking for patients (up to 3 hours), which is a huge convenience in the city. The best part was actually working with Robert Hughes, PA-C. He was truly such a delight! He's extremely personable and funny, but still very thorough and professional. During a procedure, he was very clear about every step of the process so I was in the loop the whole time. He took the time to go over next steps/follow-up, making sure I knew what to expect over the next month or so. I seriously can't recommend him enough!

I was pleased and impressed with this facility, which was recommended by my primary care practice. I was able to book an appointment to see a physician within two hours. He was able to address the problem with a blocked eardrum immediately and prescribed effective medication.

The service here was excellent, I would absolutely recommend. Every nurse/doctor I talked to was exceedingly kind and pleasant. Everything was explained well to me by the doctor as well as the nurse I had, Liz. They provide parking vouchers and they help you along with your process so that its not too overwhelming. I enjoyed my experience so much I wish they werent just a specialty doctor but a primary care so I could receive service like this mkre often

Wonderful experience. First, they got me in earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Office Staff was very nice and professional and smiled and courtesies the whole time and Doctor was great.
