For my first appointment, there was a diagnosis, with a treatment plan. I knew something serious was going on, I just didn’t know how seriously. Dr. Gileno Fonseca Filho came in with great conversation while helping me understand everything moving forward. This place is great!!!!!

Very professional attitude from Reception thru the doctors and APN’s. My last visit with Penn Med was a hearing exam with Ms. Dubois. Very nice lady and took the time to go I depth on the hearing exam and my goodness have hearing exams not changed much except for the soundproofing room since I was in High School! I’m very fond of Penn Med ENT and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional ways along with a compassionate heart!

Dr Patel and his staff was very kind, showed empathy and seemed to understand my problems regarding my hearing. They checked my ears for cleaning and then gave me a hearing test. They reassured me that I did not need a hearing aid and shared the results of the test with me. Dr Patel also, is treating my husband for his hearing problems as well. He took the time to treat us both and never rushed us out of the examination room. Dr. Patel was very thorough during his assessment regarding my husband’s and I treatment. Dr Patel and his staff rendered excellent service and my husband and I both will continue to visit him to discuss our concerns for future appointments and share with others, when deemed necessary. Therefore, I give Dr. Patel and his staff a 5 in this review for rendering excellent customer service and medical treatment. From AJC

Dr Deepak Mehrotra After my initial visit I was scheduled to come in for a hearing test with an audiologist Ms Dubois. She was a very pleasant and personable lady. The test was explained well and conducted extremely efficiently. At the conclusion of the test I was seen by Dr Kam who interpreted it and explained in detail what was the conclusion as well as the significance of these findings. Dr Kam is a very thorough, friendly and kind physician. The front desk as well as all the clinical persons are super nice.

Back in January 2025, I had a severe ear infection and this office was able to get me in immediately, which was incredible! The entire staff, including the physician, were very kind, they made the visit a very easy experience, and they took their time. I just had a follow up and once again the entire staff and the experience were great! I would definitely recommend this office.
