The appointment was timely and staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Luke Kim listened to my reviewed my history and discussed the reason I was seeing him again. Immediate problem was with my left ear (blockage of wax) was resolved; and, the secondary reason for appointment was to schedule a hearing check-up, which I requested since my last hearing assessment was done a little less than 3 years ago. Would recommend this ENT office if asked by friends or family.

I had an appointment with Dr. Gileno Fonseca Filho and really appreciated the time and thought he gave to my situation. He was thorough in both his physical exam and in explaining his view of the situation and his recommendations for moving forward. He took to time to explain the pros and cons of various approaches and made sure that I understood what he was saying. I will certainly return to him for any needed follow-up.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I have had ear issues since I was a baby, so I have interacted with many ENT specialists over the years. Dr. Fonseca is in that top tier. He listens intently to my concerns and provides reasonable options. I also love the fact that he, along with most of my other medical team, collaborate electronically. This is really important to me as I can reach him via internet for non emergencies and Pre-Check ins. I also worked with Kathyrn Dubois, the audiologist specialist in the practice. She also gets an A+ for her kindness and professionalism. Don't hesitate to work with them; they are all pros.
