Simply INCREDIBLE! Office staff kept things seamless, not to mention informative and polite!(even while simultaneously training a new employee) Dr Kam gave me EXACTLY the look I wanted while keeping me even lower than my budget! After years of going to a different ENT, I had enough of my issues being ignored. Stumbled upon Dr Fonseca who listened and dove right in. Just had deviated septum surgery and t-tubes put in not even a week ago. Had the packing removed today. My anxiety was through the roof for no reason. Surgery felt like nothing more than a bad cold. Packing removal…painless. Had questions after surgery and he immediately answered his cell. First time in my life that I’m able to breathe through my nose and I couldn’t be more thankful. Wonderful doctor, comforting, great sense of humor and down to earth. Highly Recommend. If I could give 10 stars…I surely would.

This is Bernice Wichowsi.could not hear due to infection so husband brought me in. First time there ,very nervous. Everyone was so patient, made me feel very at ease. First time with Dr. FONSECA, SEEMED VERY PLEASANT. I NEED TO DO FOLLOW UPS SO NOW I won't be as nervous. Very clean facility, good atmosphere.

The physician was compassionate, patient, and informative, answering questions thoroughly. The wait time was short. I’d give the office a 5 star rating but communication with the answering service was poor. I had a 50 minute drive to the office. En route there was an accident with emergency vehicles stopping traffic. I called the service and asked that they inform the staff that I was going to arrive late for the 8am appointment. The office did not open until 8am so there was no one at the office to answer my call. The service took my message and then transferred me to another number where I left a detailed message that I would be late. When I arrived the reception staff told me that they put me down as a “no show” and they’d have to check with the doctor to see if he’d see me or if I’d need to reschedule. I explained to them that I had called the service AND left a detailed message on their answering machine that I was transferred to. Either the service did not relay my message and transferred me to an incorrect office number where I left my message or the reception staff did not listen to the voicemails. I was grateful the doctor was able to see me and it was ultimately a good visit.

Audiologist Caren Sokow is beyond amazing. She worked with me on Resound M&rie hearing aids, carefully diagnosing the issue I was having with the domes. I ended up with the perfect custom inserts. They are spot on and I am hearing the best in my life. I can’t thank Caren for her patience and expertise. My quality of life is tremendously improved because of these hearing aids. I highly recommend Caren. She will set you up.
