They are amazing! Shannon is the best with nasal endoscopy! It’s something that has to be done and is never pain free, but she has such a technique that it’s quick and the least amount of pain possible. (Keep in mind, I choose not use the numbing nasal spray). They are very friendly, understanding, and I always get a warm welcome.

Dr Kam was very nice. Did not rush to get to next patient. Answered all of my questions. Very professional and seem to genuinely care about me as her patient. I highly recommend her. She is like the good doctors from the old school who cared about people.

The appointment was timely and staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Luke Kim listened to my reviewed my history and discussed the reason I was seeing him again. Immediate problem was with my left ear (blockage of wax) was resolved; and, the secondary reason for appointment was to schedule a hearing check-up, which I requested since my last hearing assessment was done a little less than 3 years ago. Would recommend this ENT office if asked by friends or family.
