Have good experiences at both locations. Both Doctors were cordial and informative. One thing I did not understand was why we had to travel to a second appointment to hear the same information and results? Seems the one visit with the hearing test should have been enough!

This office is well run and our medical professional was very competent. I did make a complaint that the office is difficult to find because the signage is difficult to read from the car. FYI. Go into "Harbor Pavillion" and look for the correct building number.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sterling for an ongoing issue that has persisted for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The staff is consistently on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — a rare combination these days. Dr. Sterling himself is simply wonderful. In just the past three months, he has done more to address and improve my condition than any other doctor has been able to do in the last five years. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and approaches treatment with both expertise and compassion. I finally feel hopeful and supported in my care. If you're looking for an ENT who truly makes a difference, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sterling and his exceptional team.

I was promptly wait on in a timely manner. I had two appointments. I had an hearing assessment by the audiologist. She immediately let me know the results. Next, l was sent back to the waiting room to see Andrea Farewell, she followed up on the test results .She as follow up question about my ears and examined them again. I complained about my throat she immediately food a scope and identify the problem and made some recommendations. I was given information for therapy for my vertigo incidents. I feel l was treated satisfactory.and my concerns were address.
