My appointment today was with Dr. Noanne Kam. I was there for ear wax removal in my left ear. Dr. Kam was very pleasant, patient and thorough. I was thrilled to leave there with the ability to hear at a normal volume again.

I met with Dr. Becker, who immediately referred me for a hearing test and therapy for dizziness. I met with Dr. Ballezzi the same day for the hearing test and am scheduled to come back for further treatment. So far I am impressed by the service.

Dr Karen McQuade Au. D. is the BEST audiologist!! Very personized patient centered approach-takes the time to listen to my needs and address each thoroughly. Ordering new hearing aids was easy and quick. They even worked with my insurance in advance (surprise!) and I am covered for most of the cost of new hearing aids!! The office staff is friendly and scheduling is easy. I love the my chart app for keeping in touch with the providers, too. Thanks Karen!
