Called for Appt & was scheduled the same day! Only a 10 minute wait to see Dr . Frake. He was easy to talk to & explain my issue. He did & exam & scope & gave me his diagnosis & treatment plan. Very efficient

Kyle Smith conducted my hearing test and explained the results to me clearly. He also returned my phone call regarding further questions I had involvong the test and answered my questions in depth. .

Dr. Yamasaki explained every detail of my exam as she examined me and made sure I was physically comfortable at all times. She answered all of my questions about my condition and my proposed treatment to make sure I had all the information to make an informed decision. I left her office with a feeling that I am in great hands.

Penn has always been an institute full of the top rate Dr’s in the area. Why would I choose to go any where else ? I should be paid by Penn for this endorsement.. Seriously, no issues at all with any of the Drs I’ve seen.
