Kyle Smith conducted my hearing test and explained the results to me clearly. He also returned my phone call regarding further questions I had involvong the test and answered my questions in depth. .

Dr. Yamasaki explained every detail of my exam as she examined me and made sure I was physically comfortable at all times. She answered all of my questions about my condition and my proposed treatment to make sure I had all the information to make an informed decision. I left her office with a feeling that I am in great hands.
