Dr. Kyle T Smith conducted a hearing test for my 88 yr old Mother who also has MCI. Dr. Kyle’s treatment of my Mother was wonderfully respectful and caring. He took the time to explain to my Mom the results of her tests, the impact on her MCI and recommendations for the next steps. His patient handling was fantastic. My Mom left the office feeling wonderfully cared for by a brilliant doctor. I am so grateful to Dr. Smith. Patients with MCI are often sidelined and communication is done primarily with the caregiver. Dr. Smith had the emotional intelligence and understanding of Mom’s disease to serve both the patient and the caregiver. He is an excellent physician. I am grateful for his care for my Mom.

I saw Dr. Lupa to address a deviated septum. The surgery went very well and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa. He was very pleasant and kept a post op appointment despite a snowstorm.

Liked Dr who was attentive and smart and audiologist who seemed to have an excellent grasp of my issues. Did not like that no provision was made for hearing test as it had been at Upenn in Philly and which I imagined was the centerpiece of this visit. I had to make a separate appointment for test and drive back and forth a second time.

My first time there and everybody was very friendly I'm treating me with respect didn't have to wait a long time to be seen and I would recommend them to family and friends and I'm already a patient of Penn medicine I have room tours arthritis doctor and I'm there with the neurologist department and I enjoyed my first visit and I will recommend you guys to family and friends thank you. 😊😊

Dr. Kyle Smith is a superb audiologist. He is exceptionally skillful and attentive, “customizing” my hearing aids for me so that they properly fit and stopped popping out of my ears. I wish I had met him years earlier when my prior audiologist simply gave up on fitting me, resulting in my having to discard my very expensive hearing aids. Dr. Smith is also a wonderful and caring teacher, making sure I mastered the techniques to inserting my devices, initially quite awkward for me. I also appreciate his generosity in being available by email for my occasional questions.

Very good experience with Becker ENT office in Yardley. I had to be there several times. The wait time is short. Everything is well organized. And the doctors are good.
