I was so impressed today with the front end staff and seeing Deidre Emerich. It was my first time there and it was a very good experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything that was going on with me. Her staff was also very helpful making the insurance paperwork easy to complete!

This was my first appointment at Becker ENT with Deidre Emerich, CRNP. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and I had a great patient/nurse practitioner experience. I will definitely be going back for my follow up and future appointments. I must also say that the front desk and other staff were very nice and friendly. Great place!!!

Dr Yamasaki is wonderful! Professional and courteous. She is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable with her advice and decisions. Highly recommend Dr.Yamasaki. The staff at the Yardley office is very accommodating as well!

I love that they were very punctual with my daughter’s appointment. The staff was really kind. The office was very clean and orderly. Ways that they can improve when dealing with pediatric clients is maybe sending a little video of the procedures or exams that they’re going to experience on the day of their appointment to ease some of their fears or anxiety. Overall everyone was professional and it was a good experience.

Kyle and his staff are on top of their game ! The Doctor is always interested in how the device is working and providing me with a loner is an absolutely wonderful help . I would recommend your offices to everyone because of the help and caring they do . Thanks so much Greg

Dr. Kyle T Smith conducted a hearing test for my 88 yr old Mother who also has MCI. Dr. Kyle’s treatment of my Mother was wonderfully respectful and caring. He took the time to explain to my Mom the results of her tests, the impact on her MCI and recommendations for the next steps. His patient handling was fantastic. My Mom left the office feeling wonderfully cared for by a brilliant doctor. I am so grateful to Dr. Smith. Patients with MCI are often sidelined and communication is done primarily with the caregiver. Dr. Smith had the emotional intelligence and understanding of Mom’s disease to serve both the patient and the caregiver. He is an excellent physician. I am grateful for his care for my Mom.

I saw Dr. Lupa to address a deviated septum. The surgery went very well and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa. He was very pleasant and kept a post op appointment despite a snowstorm.
