This is my 2nd hearing test w/audiologist, Kyle Smith. He is extremely professional & explains the process clearly & efficiently. Deirdre, too, listened to my concerns & recommended I try a new RX for my problem. She gently cleaned my ears & was also pleasant & approachable.

I was so impressed today with the front end staff and seeing Deidre Emerich. It was my first time there and it was a very good experience. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything that was going on with me. Her staff was also very helpful making the insurance paperwork easy to complete!

This was my first appointment at Becker ENT with Deidre Emerich, CRNP. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and I had a great patient/nurse practitioner experience. I will definitely be going back for my follow up and future appointments. I must also say that the front desk and other staff were very nice and friendly. Great place!!!

I love that they were very punctual with my daughter’s appointment. The staff was really kind. The office was very clean and orderly. Ways that they can improve when dealing with pediatric clients is maybe sending a little video of the procedures or exams that they’re going to experience on the day of their appointment to ease some of their fears or anxiety. Overall everyone was professional and it was a good experience.
