I was able to get an appointment within 1 day. I was seen on time and I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Navarro. He was patient listening to me explain my symptoms and he explained everything he was going to do. I was prescribed medication and have a follow-up appt scheduled. This office has pleasant and professional staff upon entering the practice, as well as checking out. The entire area is clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

I saw Dr. Navarro to address bleeding in my ear caused by a perforated ear drum due to excessive wax buildup. I found his services to be among the best I have experienced in my 75 years!

While the doctors at Becker ENT are great, Penn Medicine is a huge bureaucratic mess. Prior to this visit, Penn Med sent me forms to fill out electronically for Becker ENT. When I got to my appointment, the staff asked me if I filled out the forms and I said yes. I was advised that Penn Medicine did not share these forms with my doctor and I was required to fill out additional forms manually.
