Very nice front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. Edward’s was very knowledgeable and nice! Testing was explained in depth and my insurance benefits were verified prior to scheduling. I definitely recommend!

Had my first appointment here back in October when my GYN felt a nodule on my thyroid that unfortunately turned out to be cancer. It's March now, I'm clear of cancer and healing from a partial thyroidectomy. Dr. Mignone was so amazing and kind. He walked me through each step along the way and kept me at ease and informed of everything. Everyone in the office is so helpful and nice. From the front desk to the back room they put you first and make sure you're comfortable and take great care of you.

While the doctors at Becker ENT are great, Penn Medicine is a huge bureaucratic mess. Prior to this visit, Penn Med sent me forms to fill out electronically for Becker ENT. When I got to my appointment, the staff asked me if I filled out the forms and I said yes. I was advised that Penn Medicine did not share these forms with my doctor and I was required to fill out additional forms manually.
