I was in the store on 11/25 in the jewelry department. There was a great selection and the sales rep Juleen was very helpful and gave great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

I was in the shop this week and the pleasure of an associate named Juleen to assist me while looking at jewelry. She found out I had never been in pawn shop before and took it upon herself to really help me out and show me where everything was. I was most pleased with the exceptional customer service she provided and I will definitely return to see her.

Keith was great. It was my first time at a pawn store and i was looking to get rid of my engagement ring. My fiance had passed away and i am just looking to keep myself in good spirits and looking at the ring everyday was hard. I looked like a fool crying but keith was very nice and even made me laugh. His wife is also a dallas fan so learning all this helped me. I want to thank you all for being so nice
