I love my dr.steele but getting a hold of him through the office has been tough

Returning from travel and was able to get a televisit the same morning prescriptions sent meds delivered and I am on the mend. Great response and service. The staff and Dr. Washington are the best.

Staff was friendly. Lab technician (she) was extremely nice! The wait wasn't too long. My Dr. came over to this practice & I followed him. Dr. Salman has always gotten me back on track. This experience was a big improvement from when I visited last year. If it wasn't for my Dr. being here, I would not have returned due to the customer service I received from the front desk last year. They were so unprofessional and nasty. Kudos to the Management for making the necessary adjustments! Now the atmosphere in this office was totally different and pleasurable!

This is the most professional medical establishment I have visited in a long, long time. Must people feel anxious with that White Coat Syndrome. This Staff is warm, helpful & inviting. They welcome you into their home. That’s enough to calm any & all anxieties. There should be more Caregivers & Responders like this group. Keep up the amazing work.

The staff is very courteous and my visits with Dr. G. Raos are always great and he sees his patients in a timely manner. He is a fine, caring doctor who actually listens to his patients and respond to them accordingly. So far I've recommended only one patient to him and she is truly satisfied. After her every visit, she still thanks me for the referral. I was also a referred patient and now a happy one.
