I came in February and got A Medusa piercing done by Alex. I just came back and got the snake eyes piercing done by Alex again. Alex is amazing! I live in Monroe but will come to Charlotte just to get my piercings done by Alex. Her customer service is amazing and her work is amazing ❤️ I highly recommend Alex!

Kaylan was awesome! She pierced my youngest daughter’s ear lobes and my oldest daughter’s nose. I also went to Black Cloud for my nose piercing. I highly recommend them. But Kaylan was so professional and made my girls feel at ease. She is hilarious too!

Alex was absolutely a wonderful salesperson ,and she did amazing with my nose piercing. It was my 2nd time Re piercing nose due to it closing up. I had my expectations due to my first experience……. Absolutely a game changer. Her technique was different than my first, and I didn’t shed a tear. I highly recommend her for a nose piercing!!!!!

Mr. Tim is an amazing tattoo artist. I personally am very picky and have a full right arm sleeve previously done. I came to Tim to get my spin and neck tattooed, his lettering absolutely amazed me. It’s so clean, neat, the flower is the same. The butterflies on my neck are gorgeous as well. He is very gentle while giving amazing results. I will recommend him to anyone who wants any tattoo.

Unfortunately I did not grab the name of the person who did my piercing, however she was very kind, personably and we had a great experience. I went in on a whim to get my daith pierced and she was quick to help me. Space is clean and nice, highly recommended!

If you want to get pierced ALEX at Black Cloud in the Premium Outlets is who you NEED! To say she is amazing is an understatement. I went in with my sister to get piercings and from the moment we entered Alex was such a ray of sunshine. She made our experience super enjoyable, we laughed, talked and just she really made the entire experience great altogether. She truly is amazing at what she does and is so easy to adore. I left wishing I had a pocket size Alex to take with me every where I go! Haha, seriously, go to her, you will not regret it, I HIGHLY recommend Alex!!
