Went here to get my first (professional) tattoo, and this place has already won my customer loyalty!!! Artist was so kind and made sure I was okay the whole process! 10/10 artist , nicest staff and overall a definite recommendation!

Shop was very easy to work with, quick to respond to any questions. We took my youngest there to get her first set of ear piercings. The piercer was very patient and talked her through the entire process.

Hannah was very good and empathetic! After a pretty scary first try with my septum( needle couldn’t go through) she made sure I had water and stayed calm. She said “ I don’t want you to pass out” lol I took a min then decided to get my eye brow pieced and it went smoothly. Would definitely recommend

I went to black cloud tattoo and piercing to see beebe. That man is a beast with the needle. I'm getting alot of cover ups done and sleeving both arms out. Beebe also did a back piece for me many many years ago. It wasn't complete and it was faded out. If anyone is looking for a talented artist, that is FAST. Go see beebe at black cloud. He will take care of you.

I am 65 years young. I had wanted a nose piercing for over 10 years. My daughter recently encouraged me to go for it. I pulled up my big girls panties and went for it. My technician was Aryana and she made the experience fast amazing and efficient. I was very impressed. My upper ear may be next🤭

Ear piercing artist was very knowledgeable, we waited just a short period of time before being seen. Which was fine because the artist took that time to prepare the area before piercing my daughters ear. She explained to my daughter what my daughter needed to do for after piercing care. The place was very clean, the artist sanitized the tools before piercing and wore protective gloves the entire time. Gloves were also disposed of after use. I highly recommend this location.

The place alone was Immaculate,the staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable about everything I need to know about my tattoo. My tattoo artist Mr.Tim was so cool, make me feel super comfortable. And his work speaks for itself. I'm more than happy with tattoo, and have gotten so many compliments on it. Next time that I'm in the Charlotte NC area, I'll be coming back for my next tattoo. I went with my friend and I am super in love with my tattoo. The girl was very accommodating and I didn’t make it the easiest (I wanted to subtly change the design then went back to the original) and I am very happy with the result. It is healing and she did a beautiful job! 10/10

I went in to get a set of spiderbite piercings. The artist was very nice and explained everything as she was setting up, and we were done in less than 15 minutes. I love the piercings so far (will love them even more when they finish healing…) and I will definitely be going there for future piercings!
