The hotel and room were nice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was pleasant. Had room in the second floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants above us. Would probably choose 3rd floor if we stay again so we don't have the floor noise above us. I though the pet fee was a little high at $25/day. Maybe that's normal but too high for me.

We travel with our dog and it is difficult to find a dog friendly hotel with clean rooms. Some hotels claim their dog friendly rooms are non-smoking, but they smell from cigarettes or from the cleaners used to disguise cigarette odors. No smoking is allowed in the Baymont Springfield and it is our hotel of choice when making our yearly cross country trek. It is clean, quiet and the staff are accommodating. Also, convenient location for us.

The hotel was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was on the sm af lo side but functional. Hot Breakfast was good but mornings. Pool was small but kids enjoyed it. Hot tub was relaxing. Satisfied with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Only issue I had was a slow elevator that seemed to be malfunctioning upon our departure but it was only a mild inconvenience.

Although this is not a destination, Baymont I-44 is a very nice hotel for a stopover. The hotel is well maintained and our room was nice. The staff was friendly and they had a complete breakfast. It offers easy access to I-44. All-in-all this is a well above average mid-price hotel.

A band of friends -we are riding our motorcycles from Indiana to California for three monumental life events...a 70th birthday, a memorial service for a beloved wife, and a wedding! We are stopping along the way whenever we are tired and we just happened to stop here at the Baymont in Springfield, MO. This has been a wonderful stop adding to the adventure. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, considerate staff. I would definitely recommend.

The people went out of their way to make things easier. Room was upgraded at no charge! The extended rate was very reasonable. Free breakfast was wonderful. The room was only used for rest, sleep, and of course outdoor TV channels. This is where I stay every time.

We go to Springfield about the same time every for a conference and it is always a busy time in town so we have tried several different properties. This was our second stay here. We like the Baymont chain as it is usually a trouble free stay. The I-44 location was handy and quiet and clean. Easy drive to the Event Center and lighter traffic staying off the main roads. Friendly, helpful staff.

First time staying here. Prompt and courteous check in. Breakfast was common fare, cereal, eggs, waffles, etc., was fine with me. Posted "Quiet time" from 11p-6a was great, made the night time peaceful. Only blemish I give is the card reader issue when I returned early Saturday afternoon and couldn't get into my room when I still had another night reserved....

A motel room is a motel room, if you don't like the one you get you can usually change it. But you cannot change the staff. This Baymont has the best staff I've encountered in a long time. They were super accommodating to my son who is autistic and does not speak often. He made multiple requests and each one was taken care of by different members of the staff without issue. They were very sensitive and empathetic to his situation and needs. Cannot thank them enough.

I had stayed here a couple times before and was very reluctant to stay here again but I'm glad I gave it 1 more chance. The staff went above and beyond, breakfast and staff were great. I didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub as planned. The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Property and staff were nice. I did have a teeney problem the first morning, but Rebecca was all over it. She went beyond the call to make things right. The breakfast was good. Pretty easy access from I-44 and Glenstone Ave.

Amazing !! Beautiful lobby. Heated pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet. And CLEAN. Hot buffet style breakfast... What more could you ask for at such an AFFORDABLE price

Hotel was in a convenient location for our vacation. Our room was clean and spacious and our floor was quiet. The staff was very friendly check in and check out was easy. The complimentary breakfast was perfect.

Nice hotel, It was pleasant 😁 My room was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, temperature & pressure & the breakfast was fantastic. I have zero complaints. My room was located by the laundry room so that was convenient for me, I washed a quick load. There's an indoor pool which I didn't get to enjoy, I didn't have a bathing suit. There's also a gym, which I appreciated. Over all, it was a great stay. I will be returning to this hotel Every-time I stay in Springfield, MO. One last thing, the attendant behind the counter was so professional, warm and kind. I felt welcome 😊 I can't say enough about her, she was great.

Clean rooms,clean area to eat and good Breakfast and quiet. Personal was pleasant. We only stayed 1 nite. We had 2 adults and 3 children ages 11, 4 and 2. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and smelled clean nothing on floors. Bathroom nice and roomy and very clean.
