Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Internet was iffy, I had a hot spot so I was able to work from my room. Had an issue with the door to the room that wouldn't close on it's own but was reported so hopefully next guest didn't have an issue.

Room was good, only comment is the refrigerator is a small one low on the floor. Kinda hard on an older adult. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The staff was great. The WIFI was iffy most of the time while I was trying to work. Had a hot spot with me so that wasn’t a deal breaker. Will stay again and recommend anyone to stay!

This hotel is great. Every person we interacted with was polite, helpful and courteous. Our room was very clean and plenty of room. The bed was so comfortable they almost had to pay me to leave. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was yumm... Hold on, the best part was the price. I think this was the best deal we have ever had on a hotel. We travel a lot and have stayed in crummy hotels for way more. So what I'm saying is next time we stay in Springfield we will be staying here.

I was a little skeptical at first because I had stayed in some pretty bad hotels the last couple of times. But it turned out to be one of the better stays we had.. nice big comfy king size bed, room was clean as was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint I had was with the window. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the window opened all the way with no screen or anything. I would not want to stay there with my children for that fact only. Would have no complaints what so ever if the window didn’t open or there was some sort of screen or something on it.

The front desk woman, Marci or Marsha, was very friendly and awesome. The room was nice not perfect but I’m super picky and OCD but it was nice/clean enough for me. My kids enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent and the area was very clean and well kept. I would stay here again.

I was traveling alone with my two children. Both under the age of 2. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating! They were very kind even with my 5 month old screaming while I was trying to check in.. the room was very clean and spacious. The cleaning staff came by to see if we needed anything. I believe her name was sam.. she was very sweet. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. The only issue was with the drains in the room... the shower drain backed up when I took a shower and the sink when I used it.. both cleared after a few mins.

My recent hotel stays in this price range (and more expensive) seem to be outdated. I really expected the same here but I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel isn't necessarily fancy but it was clean, nice, basically everything you want out of a hotel stay. Its a little odd to me that I had to drive around the hotel to get to the front but everything else was great!

Clean room, friendly staff . Why pay more? Colorful Amish group checking in before me made it more exotic than your usual Midwest motel. I would have given five stars except the elevator was slow as molasses and the pool is the size of a postage stamp. But this is a good deal, I’m a lap swimmer so I am more overwrought about the pool than you might be.

Clean hotel and updated. Friendly staff.good breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal and yogurt and rolls. Bed was good. Coffee was one of the machines and not great but fair. The AC was bad—-kept me awake because it was so loud. It quit once then resumed and got really cold with banging and thumping. Finally turned it off at 3 am.

Had a good visit...the room that we had was really clean..comfortable...the mattress gave the indication that it is starting to break down...but it still slept well...Id stay again...the hotel is convinient to anywhere, including local attractions and restaurants...

The rooms are nice. Our room was right by the elevator. We did not hear a lot of noise from people talking but the elevator itself is very loud. Luckily we’re deep sleepers but this could be a issue if your a light sleeper. The breakfast is your typical hotel free breakfast. The indoor pool was a decent temperature but the hot tub was not available during our trip. Overall a decent hotel. We would stay again but request a room not right behind the elevator.

The 3rd party online service we had found the hotel on had issues once the reservation had been sent, but when we arrived the hotel manager corrected the issue quickly and was very friendly. My wife and I were here on a business trip. The front desk staff was great. The hotel looks amazing and updated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Springfield! The breakfast was very good. Overall it was a fabulous experience. Price was great. I'd give 5 stars except the bathroom ceiling was crumbling into the tub, and the bathroom was dirty. Walls were dirty, as well as the back of the door. The corners on the floor and around the toilet were also dirty.Even the pamphlet was dirty. The rest of the room and other hotel facilities were great and very clean. See photos of the bathroom.
