Rooms were very clean and I loved how they adapted the continental breakfast for the pandemic by still having to sit in the area(limited seats) or you can take it to your hotel room and return the tray to the lobby. There are more reasons why it was a excellent experience but I'll leave it the one. Definitely going to visit again when my wife and I are planning to vacation again.

GREAT, friendly, clean, & comfortable place!! Highly recommended. Also had a fantastic family meal at the Sirloin Stockade! Being from Michigan, what a joy to be in a state that doesn’t seem to have their heads up their maskholes!! We’ll be back...and we’ll tell all our Patriot friends to come to your great state!

It was a relief to see all the managers masked here, during my recent COVID travel. The manager was very friendly. Always available and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Good rate from Travel Coupon book. There are 2 Baymont Hotels in Springfield. This one is the 'budget' one, and as I went to both, I preferred this one for the reliable staff masking (at the other one, the manager wore no mask).

Room was nice. There were lots of kids on the lobby and pool but they put us on a different floor. Only negative was the elevator really needed a cleaning. Staff was great and the breakfast was fast. Great 24 hour coffee.

The staff at baymont was amazing The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable The hot tub was good overall the staff did amazing job I highly recommend this hotel They also have a good breakfast Definitely coming back to this hotel

Good place for quick overnight stay on way to Texas. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Easy to get to from I44. Very friendly and fast check in process at front desk. Would recommend and stay here again

The hotel itself is nice and family friendly. The staff was fantastic and a real differentiator. Kind, helpful and made me feel welcome. In traveling across the US, this hotel stands out for their service. Also, while many hotels stopped serving breakfast because “of covid” this hotel made adjustments and have you served individually instead of a traditional buffet

It was incredibly busy upon check in but the desk person handled it really well. We got in our room and it was clean. We stayed two nights and , although a little loud the first night because of a youth basketball team, it wasn’t bad and the second night was nice and quiet.

The hotel was great. Check in was wonderful...the employee was kind and polite. The room was beautiful and very clean...beds were so comfortable but it was right next to the elevator so all night long we heard it when it was in use. Took forever for me to fall asleep anytime I'd wake up because it was pretty loud. A warning of where the room was and a offer to be moved if it was loud would of been nice...especially having a toddler and being tired from being in a car all day trying to get home from California in the crazy snow storm we are currently having.

The only complaint was that It said jacuzzi tub in room and that was incorrect. I wouldn't have paid that much had i known. Besides that the staff was incredible, rooms spotless everyone chjldhfh

The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The guy at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and polite. My only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom area. It was so dingy, dark that I couldn't do my makeup. Little concerned also about the lack of mask enforcement but that seems to be a theme in the town, from what I noticed.

Staff: were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Room: very clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable with nice pillows and linens. Shower was nice and hot. The air/heat worked as it should. The in-room fridge, microwave, and coffee machine was convenient. Amenities: free breakfast was an actual hot breakfast. Hot tub was very relaxing and the indoor pool was a nice break from the monotony of Winter. Literally the best nights sleep I've had at any hotel and I honestly hated leaving. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The gentleman working was amazing. Kind, helpful, and efficient. Our room was clean and smelled clean. The lobby was clean and fresh too. We had a small dog and this stop made it easy for us. My only complaint is that the doggy area is small and not well signed. Also, $25 a night for a 16lb. dog is a little high, but I understand the reasoning. Overall our stay was fantastic
