Check in was very smooth. Staff was very curious and helpful. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice hot breakfast, good selection. We felt things were covid compliant. It was nice to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The service was great. It was very busy while we were there but they took the time to do what we needed. The breakfast was yummy! And after we left, we had to come back to look for a forgotten precious member of the family: my daughter’s stuffed puppy, Jack. The staff went out of their way to help us hunt him down. No one acted like we were an annoyance or gettin their way. Thanks Springfield Baymont(I-44)cleaning staff and Daniel!

This hotel is wonderful! Have stayed many times here and each has been great! Extremely clean rooms, Employees are friendly and willing to assist with anything! My husband unfortunately suffered a stroke and fell and hit his head, staff on duty at the time made sure ambulance crew got to the room quickly!! Thank you Bunches!!

Overall excellent stay, a few things I loved about it was one, a great room with comfortable bed, another was breakfast from 06:00 -09:00 in the morning. Very clean place and super friendly staff. Awesome stay thank you for the great stay.

Nice little hotel i stay here thru my company that pays for it. Rooms are nice & bathroom is good. Only 3 floors but only one elevator for whole hotel. Indoor Pool & jacuzzi are ok too. HD TV , beds are comfy but thin walls & doors. I can hear what everyone is doing next to me and in the hallway.

Excellent hot tub! Delicious hot breakfast with Biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes and pancakes! We got a room upgrade at check in, we were given a couch. Very clean, quite and safe. Forsure will stay again!

This is a very good hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms where spacious and clean. We only stayed one night but it was on point. The pool looked nice and the complimentary breakfast had everything people would expect. Very good with covid stuff too.

It was awesome I was having trouble with a previous Hotel through booking.com and payments really stepped in and it was a peaceful stay really nice I would recommend it to everyone and anyone I will definitely be back

This La Quinta has been nicely updated. The room was great: Spacious, clean, recently remodeled. The service was helpful. I’m not sure if if the area is “sketchy” - it was convenient for our needs- plus pets stay free!! The parking lot was very well lit and there was a security guard making rounds and watching the door- a positive!! Great rooms - great price!!

Nice easy stop off I-44 en route to New Mexico from Chicago area. Very reasonable rate through Priceline. Small room, but clean and well furnished. Comfy bed and hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again on our way back home!

The service was fantastic, the people that worked there were very helpful, the room was very clean. It was nice having a hot breakfast. They were very pet friendly. I would definitely go back there on any future visits to Springfield.
