I had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday. I called Titan on the Sunday ansd was able to make qn appointment for Tuesday. Kim came on time Tuesday morning and fixed the spring and got the door working. He also installed an automatic opener i had bought previously. I highly recommend Titan for garage door issues.

The response time was excellent! I spoke to a person, not a recording at 7:00 am which was very reassuring from the start. Roman, my technician showed up at the time promised, immediately recognized the problem and and quoted me a reasonable price, and then got the issue fixed quickly and efficiently. He explained things to me through the process and gave me tips to prevent future problems. Overall I am highly satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Titan’s services to anyone who needs them! I have even recommended their services to my townhouse complex.
