We had a car accident that damaged our garage door. From the time I called Eli (for the first time) until his initial assessment and complete repair didn't take more than 4 hours! Their quick response and free tips for maintenance while fixing, was really helpful. Also, very clear communication when quoting and no hidden fees. I definitely recommend them!

Had Alex come out and show us all the options for new garage doors. He was very helpful and honest when helping us choose new doors. He gave us an approximate date for installation and stuck to it. The new doors are a thing of beauty. Alex went over everything once installation was complete. The whole experience was excellent and would recommend them to anybody I know.

Called Titan to see if they can repair my garage door that buckled due to obstruction. They called me back within 10min of calling dispatch and they had sent Alex who went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he come in 30 mins of calling but he was polite, funny, and had a great personality which is rare especially during these challenging times (let alone coming on a Saturday evening during the holidays). Eli was amazing, he exceeded the highest level of customer focused service that I've seen in many years. He accommodated a very difficult request from us, my wife is terrified of the covid virus and was concerned about a stranger entering our home. Eli understood the situation and went way above the call of duty to ensure that she had nothing to fear. Firstly he came prepared with mask and gloves and worked extra hard to open our garage door from the outside (a very difficult and physically challenging feat). He understood the fear my wife had and repaired my garage door without having entered our house. This young man deserves a huge pat on the back for exceptional customer service, he worked extremely hard to ensure the fear my wife had was eliminated. He expertly repaired my garage door and answered all of my questions professionally and courteously. From the time I called and talked to Alex until completion of install by Eli, we were extremely pleased to have chosen Titan. This is clearly a family business that cares about its customers and has the experience and knowledge that you need. They offered next day install and our system needed an overhaul as we changed to a LiftMaster 8500W shaft drive from an old chain system. The finished product is super quiet and smooth and well worth the money. Even when faced with some on site problems Eli worked through it and came up with solutions without getting mad or stressed. Eli the tech was great. He explained the problem with our broken garage door - snapped the main spring. Had to pickup from supplier... This was at 9:00Am. Promised to come back in the afternoon. Was done in 30 minutes & lubricated all hinges on BOTH of our garage doors. Helped me reprogram a new universal remote. Very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended these guys. Price was reasonable too for same day service. Would call back for maintenance

The technician, Moses, was very courteous and pleasant. He was delayed at his preceding job but called to let me know and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with my garage door immediately and fixed it within minutes but then spent time oiling and adjusting the mechanism. He also explained what he was doing so I would understand it for future reference.. I was very happy with his work and with the price and i will definitely use this company in the future.

Moses was a great technician and fixed my garage doors and was prepared to offer some ideas on keeping the garage safe. I would recommend the company and Moses at a service and knowledge level and the price was very fare as I have done a ton of renovations and he is at the top in explaing. why and what was wrong and then fixed.

Titan Garage Doors is an honest and reliable Garage Door company. Used them last September to replace a couple large springs that raise our older, heavy garage door. We were fortunate to have Alex as our Repairman. He’s a friendly and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills and attention to details. We had an issue again this week and Alex came back out to repair. It was all covered under the warranty...didn’t even charge us a “service call out” fee that I’m sure many other Companies would! That’s the sign of a solid company! Thank you Alex and Titan Garage Doors. I would recommend them to anyone who requires their garage door repaired.

I called Titan Garage Doors and they deployed serviceman OMRI very fast I’m about an hour. OMRI was professional and did the work in a timely manner and even fixed another problem I had with my garage door. I would highly recommend this company and in particular OMRI as my experience with OMRI was positive.

My garage door spring snapped. Called these guys first thing in the morning. When the mechanic arrived 30 minutes later, I was anticipating getting ridiculous quote like those locksmith scam (paid $260 for 1 minute of job because locksmith knows you are desperate about getting locked out). Later I realized garage door repair isn’t the same as locksmith. I was given a reasonable quote for one hour of labour and it includes the price of the spring. After the mechanic got the door fixed, I was able to pay by credit card and was given a receipt. And on top of that, there is warranty for their repair work. I hope I don’t have to called them any time soon, but if I have to I will. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service. Adam from Titan Doors did a great job fixing my garage door. He found the problem right away (broken spring) and replaced the part quickly which he already had with him.
