My inspector Walt Bonacci is the inspector you want/need! He is the most knowledgeable and professional inspector I’ve ever had. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure I understood the answer. Scheduling my appointment was as easy as signing up for a date snd time slot on their website. My appointment was at 0900 and Walt was there at 0850 ready to go. I’m very happy with my decision. Thank you Safeway Home Inspections and Walt Bonacci!

They explain every step of the inspection and point out issues and concerns without being hyperbolic. They were punctual (which I am a stickler for) and provided their completed written reports on a timely basis. I recommend them highly.
