Steve is literally the best! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time. He checked every single thing in the house. He showed us all things, educated us and ensure we understood the purpose of everything he does. He's attention to details is impeccable! They were very accommodating with my busy schedule at work. Steve was the inspector sent and I am glad it was him. Very knowledgeable and thorough with every room and utility. My occupation is an HVAC technician/installer and also have some background in renovating houses so I knew kind of what to look for but Steve was great at pointing out and testing many different things in the house. I am very pleased with the service and now have piece of mind with the purchase of mine and my wife's first house. I highly recommend to get the sewer camera, radon and oil tank sweep done with the inspection, it may cost more upfront but it may save a lot in the future.

I reached out to Safeway Home Inspections needing an inspection ASAP and they were able to schedule an inspection in 2 days. Back in 2019, I purchased my first home and Mike from Safeway Home Inspections did my inspection. He was very knowledgeable, thorough in his work, timely and friendly. He answered all 1000 questions I had at the time. Fast forward to yesterday(3+ years later) when I had a question about some home things come up due to some work I recently had done. I decided to give him a call and see what his thoughts were on the matter, he not only answered my call yesterday, today he came by to check it out and offer some suggestions and advise. Mike goes above and beyond, and I could not pass on the opportunity to share how much that is appreciated and valued.
