We had purchased a solar system from a company (Diamond Solar) about 2-3 years ago. They were a mess and eventually went out of business. So last July 2024 our Solar Edge inverter went out and Solar Edge sent us a new one. I had to find my own installer to swap the inverters. Called a few(maybe 7). Didn’t feel comfortable with any of them except SOLAR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS (Issac-tech) Long Story short when Issac, he wasn’t cocky like most techs of any home service trade Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and doesn’t mind answering any questions. Even gave some education on how to keep track of your solar usage and etc, something that the company that sold us our solar system didnt do 2-3 yrs ago. If you ever need any solar system services or repairs I highly recommend SOLAR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, and if you could request a specific technician, try to request for Issac for peace of mind. Thanks Issac🤙🏽

My experience with Solar Service Professionals was positive. From the initial call, to set up a the work to the interaction with the technician who came to my house. Joshua was very helpful when setting up the work order, he gave me great information and explained the charges and what to expect. Our tech Issac was so friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us tips on how to get the best out of our solar system. I would use them again if needed.
