Great service. Very professional and prompt response every time I called. The charge is very reasonable and competitive. I had two inverters, 11 years old. One of the two inverters had issues, so I decided to replace the two inverters with one single Tesla 7.6 kW inverter. It comes with 12 years warranty. So far it works great and I can monitor everything on my phone with Tesla app. The tech did a great job, and everything was beautifully done . Very happy with the service.

If i could give 10 stars I would definitely do it! My solar tech, Isaac, was amazing! Truly professional, and taught me so much about my solar, what to look out for & keep an eye on. And oh yeah, he got my system back up and running within a couple of hours! I have a 24 panel array, and 16 of them stopped working. He quickly identified the problem and got me back up and running in no time. Isaac took pictures of everything and thoroughly explained what the issue was, how he fixed it, and how to avoid it in the future. All of this for a great service fee, 100% worth it and definitely recommend! THANK YOU ISAAC!

I rarely leave reviews for anyone. But here’s the deal. Solar was down and I needed it back up, quick. System is 10 years old and my installer was out-of-business. A google search led me to SSP. I rolled the dice and glad I did. The tech, Isaac, was early on my scheduled appointment day and went straight to diagnosing and fixing the problem on the spot. It was an arc fault due to a bad connection. Out with the bad and in with the new. He also made some other maintenance suggestions, but wasn’t pushy. All good! Initial quoted troubleshooting and minor repair price was honored and I was back in business. Isaac has a lot of experience and knows what he’s doing. I’d let him work on my system any time. Highly recommended.

Discovered SSP on Angie's (list). My previous services from Angie's weren't very good. I communicated via text (my preference) with Manny. He answered my questions and provided the charge for visit prior to scheduling. (Another company on Angies did not provide after asking twice). Tech Isaac arrived within the provided one hour time window (not a 4 hour window like cable or satellite companies). Issac very professional, told me what he was doing at the breaker box and inverter box on the side of the house. After collecting the necessary data he proceeded to the roof to check out the panels. When finished on the roof he returned to the breaker box and repeated his checks which results being better readings. While doing the recheck he said the solar panel connections all looked good as well as the panels that were manufactured and installed in 2010. Issac could have said his findings on the roof weren't good but he described what he saw. The same could be said when he checked the inverter..... let's be honest, I wouldn't know if he wasnt being honest if he said his findings on the roof we horrible instead....because I know nothing about solar or the troubleshooting process. He buttoned everything up said all data would be sent to his HQ and I would be receiving a call or email from Manny with the findings and options for resolutions if needed. I will gather some electrical bills and send over to Manny so he has a better understanding of MY situation. No pressure to HQ, but Issac has set the bar for being transparent with his findings which I give 5 STARS. It's your turn to keep that 5 star rating.
