I brought in a broken strand of pearls for restringing. My husband had purchased these beautiful pearls from Kranich’s at some time while our three children were attending Penn State. I was concerned because we no longer had the receipt. The manager was very reassuring and advised me of their current, increased value. He quickly assured me of the ability to restring my pearls and made arrangements to send them out. They will ship the repaired pearls straight to my home; no need to come to State College for pick-up! Great service!!

I needed a necklace for a pendant that I provided and Jamie was super helpful in picking out the chain that looked the best with my pendant. When I told her it was a gift, she put it in a nice jewelry box, then provided a pretty Kranich’s bag with tissue paper. My Granddaughter loved it. Thanks so much Jamie!

Had a wonderful experience just prior to Christmas. Purchased a new wedding band for my husband. Had to order and awaiting delivery. The sales representative, can’t recall her name was very helpful, friendly and professional. Excellent experience! I would recommend this jeweler.

Amazing customer service! I called ahead and asked what kind of rings they had, Julie sent me emails with pictures of different rings within my price range. When I showed up at the store she remembered my name and showed me many gorgeous rings. After purchasing one, which my girlfriend loved so much she cried, Julie even steam cleaned the ring for me to make it even more spectacular! Thank you Julie and thank you Kranich's Jewelers!
