This is an amazing store! Reece was so helpful, skilled, kind and incredibly patient. He is so nice. I have been to many fitness stores thru the years but this store was by far my favorite. Kudos to whoever hired Reece he is the best !! He made our experience so great. My family and I highly recommend this store.

We walked in and were greeted immediately. After asking how he could help us, I explained what happened to my old treadmill and what I was looking for. He then showed us 3 treadmills that he would recommend. No pressure and no upsell. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we found the perfect treadmill for us. He seemed proud of his store and the machines they sell and he really seemed to like his job. That enthusiasm instilled confidence in our purchase.

If you are looking for fitness equipment, this store is a must. Be sure to see Reece. My husband and I have been on the hunt for a power rack that has everything we need in it for quite some time to replace our covid Hulk Fit cage. We came in and were greeted by Reece. He is super friendly, knows what he’s doing and talking about, and not once did we feel rushed to make a buy. He helped answer questions, point us to what we were looking for and gave us recommendations based on what we were looking for. We ended up buying some fitness equipment the day we were there as their pricing was very reasonable and then went on our way to compare on the racks. We came back the next day to finally make our buy and can’t wait to have our new rack!!

Not only was he nice but he was extremely knowledgeable with their products and answered all our questions. In fact, he showed us options that allowed us to build our home gym and I will no longer need my gym membership. Fantastic experience. The Cupertino store was large, had lots of floor inventory, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Rudy Bhatt taught us about the various elliptical models. Michelle sampled them all and immediately recognized which models suited her preferences. We just intended to research ellipticals that day, but ended up buying one from Precor. It was more than we intended to spend, but we think it’ll be the one she’ll like and use for the next 10 years, which was our goal.

Customer service is awesome either in store or on the phone, and good price for my Precor AMT 835 with additional discount on top of the store discount price and free pad for the machine. I will update my preview once I would receive the machine. Thank you Rudy for convincing me to invest in this machine that is fun for total workout and save space in one machine that can do it all!!!!

Rudy was very knowledgeable, honest, and sensitive to what I would need while recovering from foot injury from years of running. I have needed to replace my failing Yowza Captiva elliptical that I had used on and off for more than 10 years. I have wanted to invest in a reliable machine and Rudy helped me to choose the best and fun Precor AMT 835 that I am looking forward to enjoying my cardio workout for years.
