I found their used treadmill on the app Offer Up, really reasonable pricing. The response time to my messaging was super quick and I had really great interactions with everyone from the guy who made the sale (answered a whole bunch of questions), to the guy who delivered the treadmill the next day and lastly, the guy who had to come out to my home (twice) to service the treadmill. Overall, everything really was great - just a couple of things, the delivery guy had to drive out to another store location to get the plug adapter since it didn't come with one and the second is when I spoke to Dan and asked him about the specs of the treadmill, he said it could do decline (which is important for my race training) but when it arrived, it didn't have that function - then we ended up having to wait 2-3 weeks for the service guy to come out and fix the problem (totally understandable since he was sick and we wanted to make sure he was symptom free). But they should have verified all functions before delivering the product. Still, they made up for it when they changed out a couple more parts for newer ones. Thanks guys!

With all the gyms closed due to Covid19, were really missing the precor elliptical- thanks to a chat with Jason on the company website, we will have our own home gym elliptical in about a week!!

After doing a lot of searching around I worked with Jason and had a very great experience purchasing just the machine that I had decided on. I mention to Jason that my original choice was a refurbished nustep 4000, but when I called the guy in Southern California he was such a jerk I couldn't believe it. Not onlythey're not buy a new step, I did a little more research and change my mind to buy my inspire! I would say Jason is the opposite. He made my experience pleasurable and you made it easy for me to make the decisions I need to make to finish the job. I'm pretty sure I made the sale pleasurable for him as well which is always my goal. He's got a hard job. Very excited to get a machine that we're hoping to use until we're very old! I'm inspired by the inspire and I will spread the word!

The salesman really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, so good experience there. The delivery team set my new bike up quickly and were very polite and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

Alberto was amazing!!! He came to my house to fix my Precor elliptical. He was very friendly and professional, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. So happy I purchased from Precor, and purchased the extended warranty, and even happier they have people like Alberto working for them.

Alberto Mejia! We were having trouble with our spirit treadmill. Owner error maybe or intermittent electrical problem. Alberto went over the machine to make sure everything was in working order, then showed me how to use it properly. Thank you Alberto!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The store has an excellent selection of exercise equipment and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive, particularly if you can catch a sale, and compare favorably to online outlets. Nothing beats being able to see, and even try out, a piece of equipment in person.

We went to look at a Precor treadmill and bought one within a half an hour. Jason was great and showed us all the bells and whistles of the unit we bought. Going to deliver and carry off our old one. Perfect!

I went into Precor to review their fitness equipment and compare with a Bowflex Max Trainer. I had a pleasant and informative exchange with Tyler who assisted me in finding the right piece of equipment for my particular fitness goals and needs. Tyler works at the Bellevue store and is an excellent resource in assisting with making the right purchase. I did purchase a machine very similar to the Bowflex Max Trainer which seems to meet my needs even better. I tried several different machines and feel that with Tyler's input, product knowledge and fitness expertise, I was guided in the best possible direction for me. Thanks Precor and Tyler for a great experience and purchase!

Jason was awesome from the time I walked in the store through the post sale follow ups. The delivery contractors were fast, efficient and professional. I have used my Spirit treadmill every day since delivery and outside of minor belt adjustments, it works like a champ!! I would definitely recommend this model! While shopping, I had a couple undesirable interactions with other stores, but my experience with Precor Home Fitness in Tukwila knocked it out of the park!!
