I was greeted by Daniel who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a new treadmill and it will be delivered in a few days. They provided dimensions of every machine I looked at, also I was able to try out all the equipment I was looking at purchasing. I feel like what I paid was a fair price for the equipment I purchases. I also purchased in home delivery/installation. I highly recommend this service, as they set up my equipment in a very timely and professional manner. I will continue to use Precor in Tukwilla for gym equipment.

GoogleAfter I completing cardiac rehab, I was looking for a specific type of exercise machine that was difficult to find, especially refurbished. I contacted Precor Fitness in Tukwila. Ixchelle helped me and after awhile she found one. It was the perfect machine called a cardio-strider, especially designed to help recover strength from cardiac events.( in my case an aortic valve replacement). Not being very technically- savy, I needed a lot of help. (a real understatement) Xchelle went way beyond when I was struggling. She came to my house to show me the features because they don't usually have one on the floor. I could call anytime and she would get the answers for me. So if you are looking for some cardio machines for seniors, let her help you look. It may take a while, but it is worth the wait to get a good machine. I love my machine and feel confident that if a problems arise, there is always someone there to help me through it. Thank you Xchelle for going above and beyond.

The product was exactly as advertised. Daniel was up front and honest about delivery estimates and costs for modifications to the product, ultimately netting me an excellent deal I wouldn’t have been able to get from any typical fitness retailer. GoogleWanted to assist my wife with a safe method of training in order to return to Marathon form. Found Daniel's add on CL about availability of a Assault Air Runner Curved Treadmill at 6PM on 7/12/Monday. Called Daniel to check availability, he agreed to stay after 7PM closing in order to assist us. Daniel greeted us at 7:15PM. We found Daniel to be professional, knowledgeable and personable. Daniel proceeded to demonstrate proper use and provided the benefits of this unique curved non-motorized design. Wife was instantly impressed by the seamlessly smooth runner interaction. As an avid runner (in my more youthful days) found running on a conventional flat motorized treadmill both jarring and boring. The Assault Air Runner will provide me with a safe ergonomic return to the sport. Completed the purchase with Daniel providing home delivery for scheduled for Thursday. We were on our way by 8PM. Professional delivery and installation was completed on Thursday morning! Three fit individuals carried our Assault Air Runner up one flight of stairs to our newly renovated gym on the 2nd. floor. We love it! While the Assault Air Runner is on the more expensive end of treadmills, Daniel provided the Added Value Experience. He is now our, "Go to" for exercise equipment.
GoogleWe have been looking for the FT-2 System and went to different vendors. We already know what we want and just need to order it. When you are spending 5K+ for one equipment, you will realize quickly that the only thing you need to decide is where to get it. After dealing with a few vendors locally, we decided to venture online because we are not getting the customer experience that we want. Our search ended when my husband spoke with Jason Mercado from this location. The guy is on top of his game and is a truly competent sales person. My husband is a personal trainer and he knows his stuff so you cant really babble BS with him because the moment he senses that, he walks away from the deal. Jason is pretty much the main reason why we ended up purchasing from this place. He is very prompt with his responses and he provides outstanding customer service. The key with these online purchases is communication which establishes trust and confidence. Jason quickly earned this and exhibited professional and competent traits throughout the process. Everything was seamless from the initial communication to the installation. What really impressed me the most is ...there was a payment error on our part and Jason worked with us patiently and diligently to get it resolved to my satisfaction. My 5 star review is pretty much attributed to this guy and how he handled the entire transaction. If you are like me who expects and demands stellar service especially with high priced purchases then Jason is your guy.
