Excellent store to purchase equipment, bought a treadmill that didn’t work well for me and Gerald the manager was outstanding to work with in accepting a return and getting me into the product that works great ( true 8800). I highly recommend this store and the staff George Nonas

We have been to the store twice and each time gerad expertise in exercise and equipment is actually amazing. He doesn’t push anything on you , listen to what you want and who will be using the equipment and from there he gives recommendations. Again he is not pushy and will explain and show you how to use the equipment and while one is better than the other , My wife made a purchase and later that night I went online and the manufacturer was selling the same item a tad cheaper, sent him a email asking for a mat due to the difference and without hesitation, he apologized, he said the company did not update him about the flash sale and actually gave us a refund of the difference. The store is bigger than it looks and they also have refurbished equipment we were looking at an elliptical he said that they give a full warranty I want to say 5 years but do not quote me know that . I would actually buy equipment again from him without hesitation

My experience in dealing with Gerad and the team at Top Fitness - Downers Grove was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the functional training systems I was considering and their various features. You can’t find that level of experience with the big box stores or online retailers. In addition, the pricing offered was very competitive. The delivery experience was smooth and post-delivery Gerad has been very accommodating to answer questions as I got acclimated to the new equipment. I recommend Top Notch without hesitation and they will be my first stop for future fitness equipment needs.

We have shopped at this location for several years and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly. The delivery is on time and costs extra. The app that comes with the equipment is sub par at best which is not a reflexion of the store itself. BUT this year, we had Alexis. She was beyond! She was knowledgeable about the pieces of equipment we looked at. She wasn't pushy about "buy it now because I can't hold the price or equipment". She understood our money concerns and came up with a unique solution at a price point that worked. She gave us valid suggestions on testing out the equipment. I would recommend this store based on past experiences. And if you can get Alexis. Happy holidays to the staff

Top Fitness had an impressive selection of workout equipment, especially treadmills. Gerad was extremely helpful in making an informed decision about my treadmill needs. Delivery and set up went well and the machine has been used several times already. Highly recommend this vendor/location.

My wife and I were in the market for an elliptical, as well as a weight machine that had lots of exercise station options. Alexis was an outstanding sales consultant. She took the time to listen to our needs, asked great questions, made some suggestions, and ultimately we ended up with the equipment that suits our needs and desires. Never pushy, always very educational in her approach - she helped us do what we always like - to make an educated purchase, rather than be "sold" something that may or may not meet our needs. Delivery team was prompt, respectful of our walls and ceilings, and professional. All around, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Top Fitness, and especially Alexis to help make your selection.

I kind of went in to the store knowing what I wanted, but had a list of questions to make sure I was making the right decision. I was looking to purchase a row machine. Alexis was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer the questions I had and she had other insight for me to consider. I also appreciated the opportunity to try out the different machines so I could make the best decision for me. After my Hydrow was delivered, I was having issues connecting the monitor to our internet. Alexis went beyond what I usually experience with a sales person. She researched possible solutions, emailed them to me and she contacted the company customer service and opened a help ticket to get me moving toward the solution faster. I love my Hydrow!!

I was shopping for a treadmill on a Sunday; Top Fitness/Downers Grove was my last stop. Alexis M was very helpful in explaining the difference in the basic models, w/no sales pressure. There was a sales promotion ending that same day, but I told Alexis I had to go home & measure to be certain that the Spirit model would fit perfectly in my home. She said if I called back the next day, the sale price (including free delivery & set-up) would be honored over the phone. When I called to confirm the sale on Monday, Gared was very helpful, wrote my sale over the phone & said my Thursday delivery would be confirmed on Wednesday. On Wednesday I got a call saying my 3 hour window for delivery was 7-11am. On Thursday morning at 6:50am, the driver called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. The crew of 3 arrived promptly at 7am, & knew exactly what they were doing for the treadmill set-up; they were very nice & professional; in less than 1/2 hour, I was up & running. Thank you, Top Fitness, for a wonderful shopping experience where my total spent was approximately $1500 for my new treadmill & a mat.

Before I made the purchase of a rowing machine and bike, I visited most of the stores in the area. Not only does Top Fitness carry really good equipment, the staff (I worked with Alexis and Gerad) are so knowledgable about the stuff they sell and are really helpful in answering questions. What I really like was the no hard-sell approach. At other stores, I either had someone on me from the second I walked in or couldn't get helped at all. At TF, they let me try the machines at my pace, and they answered the questions I had, rather than trying to sell me on or push any particular piece of equipment. It was a great experience all around. I'm pretty well set now, including the flooring I bought, but if I need anything else, I'm going there first.

Earlier this year I bought 3k worth of dumbells and I just purchased an inspire ft2 functional trainer. Each time the staff was very helpful and friendly. Gerad was especially helpful and knowledgeable and was able to guide me to find exactly what I wanted.
