GoogleIt was quick, professional and relaxing. The environmental felt clean and Quinn talked me through each step. It was a great experience. Edit: I went for a second time and Sky did a few ear piercings for me. I was nervous and she helped me relax and made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be back. Full disclosure: my first thought was "piercings and tattoos at the mall?? I don't think so." I was very hesitant, but there were so many good reviews I decided to try anyway. I'm so glad I did! GoogleI walked in with no appointment and was greeted by Lil' Bill. I told him what I wanted done, he had me sign the little waiver via my phone, then I was right into a room. He talked me through the procedure and was nice and professional, made sure everything was clean and sanitary. He performed the piercings as quickly and with as little pain as possible for what I was getting. He did a great job. Afterwards I noticed there was a bit of a placement problem with one of them (totally not his fault, I guess my friend and I had crooked eyes that night lol). He was so nice and understanding, and reassured me that he would redo the errant piercing for free to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely be returning, and not just for the one that needs replacing!

GoogleLil Bill has dope and good energy and he was very clear and concise on my piercing and what he would be doing being that I was getting my nose re-pierced. It’s perfect. Exactly where my previous piercing was and the pain level has been very minimal compared to in the past when other places used a gun of the sorts. Definitely will come back to him for future ventures. Facilities are clean and well kept. I assume the owners were there - they did not really speak - a simple welcome would have been nice but it’s cool. I get it. But definitely will come back and get services done in the piercing arena.

Emily got her comfortable and even let dad (me) get a piercing first to show her it wouldn't hurt. After the first ear was done for my daughter, she began to cry slightly, so Emily allowed her time to recover, collect herself and the second ear went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this shop and Emily for anyone wanting a piercing, especially your child. Tattoo parlors are safer and less traumatic than the guns used at Claire's or places like that. My daughter loves to show off her earrings and tells everyone about the TATTOO SHOP. Thanks for making her experience memorable and calming! Service: Ear piercing

GoogleI called ahead of time to be sure they take walk ins. She assured me that I can walk in any time. When i walked in I was very impressed with how nice and clean everything looked and was! I was greeted right away and the waiver was very easy and quick to complete on my phone! Before piercing my nose made sure it was in the perfect spot for me, and she was very professional! I will definitely be going back for future piercings and I definitely recommend this place !
