I got a small tattoo and i love it, it was a clean space, the tattoo artist did a really good job ❤️, people there where kind which is always good. It didn’t take long and the thing you gotta do on your phone before getting anything was easy to follow. I’m going to come back maybe with a friend to get another tattoo, see you soon👌🏻

This place is great. Every one of the staff is awesome, friendly, and eager to help. It has a very chill atmosphere that draws you back for more. I had my first of two-three sessions with Beebe, and that man is a genius. From designing to implementing, he's just phenomenal. I highly recommend Black Cloud, whether it's your first tattoo or 100th.

I had previously gotten my septum pierced by someone else in one of their other locations and it was completely wrong BUT i went to the Town Center location and Quen (i think that’s how you spell it) was the absolute most wonderful human. Not only was she an amazing person, but she’s also an amazing piercer! I’ve passed out with all of my other piercings and tattoos and this is the first one I felt nothing with! If i was getting more piercings I would 10000% go to her. Service: Nose piercing

Got both my lobes done today by Sky, she was very patient with all my questions since it was my first time getting pierced. Made the entire process very professional, but was still very friendly. She also offered to answer any messages I might send her about after-care. Will gladly go back if I decide to get pierced again in the future.

My friend and I came across this place in the mall last week. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, so we decided to get some piercings. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with bad piercings/piercers, so I was really nervous about getting anything done. Quinn listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything. My piercing had the perfect placement and I am very happy with it so far. I have also had to message Quinn a couple times about the healing process and they were very helpful! I definitely recommended this shop.

Very clean, NICE people. Experience was easy. I was nervous but the vibe of the staff made me chill out and it was good. I can tell everything is sanitary and cleaned properly. I will definitely be coming back here and I also would like to visit the Cumberland Location, if I’m ever that way.
