Mr David Newman from momentum solar was patient, taking time to explain the benefits and advantages of using solar power. Made sure that they were no questions or doubt’s on the information and process when it came to installation and payments. Truly outstanding service and at no time made me feel uninformed or doubt full in the process. He will be recommended to friends and family.

David demonstrated a vast knowledge of the solar industry and the financial benefits of "going solar." He provided evidence of the strength of Momentum Solar in Florida. David's presentation was not hard sell but appeared to be factual based. He has a sense of humor and shared interesting incidences of people who were able to get solar and some who couldn't. An example of our own neighborhood where there is an abundance of very large trees. David had an illustration of our house, including our pool solar panels, and how his panels would be placed to achieve the optimum benefit from the sun. Even though we told him we were not prepared to move forward at this time he didn't give the usual "if you don't do it now you will be sorry if you don't take it." If we decide to get solar panels in the future he will be the person we will contact.

My sales rep was great. He came in explained the benefits of solar and was able to get me approval when other companies have not been able to. He even took the time to help me fix my leaking toilet. I’m really looking forward to the benefits of solar and hopefully saving money which is huge as a single mom.

The inspection is yet to take place so I can not comment yet on the performance of the system. The initial install was first rate and all new electrical infrastructure is neat and tidy. I will update this review once I've had an opportunity to observe the system when it is fully operational.

I Value honesty (not lying) and integrity (keeping your word) above all else in dealing with money. Our momentum Solar sales consultant Mr. Hanif embodies those traits and made the sale process easy. He was personable and knowledgeable. I have an engineering background with the tendency to ask million questions. He impressed me when I asked the only techie questions he couldn’t answer…(can the rain water off of their solar panels be considered toxic free and harvestable). He acknowledge he didn’t know and immediately called someone who could find out. I got an exact answer within minutes. I was happy to hear that it was considered toxic free and I could proceed with my rain water harvesting build for my garden. So far the experience has been very positive. Everything Mr. Hanif had promised has been carried out with constant communication. We are looking forward to having the panels installed, doing our small part for the environment and power bill. Note: I can compare his sales process because 2 other companies came over before Momentum. The other companies sales person was extremely proud of their aggressive nature. The 2nd company tried to sell us a system that would have added 100 to our monthly bill.

I had a wonderful experience with all representatives of Momentum Solar. Although I did not complete the solar program (for personal reasons), I would highly recommend them to anyone who is ready for the change. Zero pushy sales, 110% follow through and timely. Unbelievable customer service within each department. Super pleased with Momentum Solar and will circle back to them again early 2022.

Other than the missed initial meeting, Momentum Solar has been spot on with customer service, quick to reschedule, constantly contacts you and updates you on the timeline of how your solar panels will be installed and they installed it quickly and nicely all in one day! I was very impressed and am looking forward to once the solar panels get activated.

So far so good... I called them out to my house. Not a Door to Door sale. The rep (JOE) was informative and answered all of my questions. The install date is not yet set but I am looking forward to it and will update this post.
