I was pleased with the service from the Gentlemen Plumbers. They arranged for a technician to come within hours of my query online. He explained the options for what he could do clearly and completed the work within the time he estimated for the job to take. We had a kitchen tap and a toilet replaced and a shower tap serviced.

This is definitely a ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen type of company. I love the way they do their billing, by the job and all the extras above and beyond, like checking the sump pump which we found out was fried (not good). With this time of year he probably saved our basement from flooding. Very kind, helpful and wasn’t afraid to show how to do things and answer any questions. I would recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers to family and friends.

I highly recommend receiving all of your plumbing needs through Gentlemen Plumbers - I have had a membership now for a couple of years - yearly inspections, priority service, knowledge and clear explanation of your plumbing needs. Brian came to my home March 7 to do a home inspection on my plumbing. He took me through each step of my plumbing and explained issues I should watch for and gave estimates of what things would cost if I was thinking of getting anything done. Made suggestions on what my priorities would be. Very friendly, clean and courteous and also on time for his visit. He is the second tech from “Gentlemen Plumbers”that have come to my home and I have been totally satisfied. Very satisfied with “Gentlemen Plumbers” service and workmanship.

Our hot water tank started leaking badly the other morning and they sent a very professional, knowledgeable tech out to assess the issue. We needed a new tank and within 5 hours of making the first call we had a new tank installed and running. Very competitive pricing and excellent service.

I called Gentlemen Plumbers because of a malfunction in a fairly old water softener. I have to say that I've used their services before and have always been impressed by their customer service, the competence of their staff and the integrity that is evident in all their actions. This time was no exception. Beginning with a call from a receptionist at 7.45 to let me know that the tradesman would be arriving at 8.30 am. She was polite and very good humoured and sure enough, Ryan the plumber, arrived on time. He was smartly dressed, a good listener, and carefully examined the water-softener He was of the opinion that it was probably repairable and gave a detailed estimate of the likely cost. The problem turned out to be a combination of granular particles that had accumulated in the control system and a salt bridge that had formed a solid crust inside the base which prevented the free flow of water. We completed the payment which was exactly as forecast and Ryan gave a detailed account of the problem and a guide for maintaining the unit. Ryan Park is an amazing technician He doesn’t only have high experience in his job but also has an excellent customer service skill. He take time and explain to the customer understand the issues of the hot water tank at my place and tell customer how he will fix I trusted him completely base on his knowledge about how he talked to customer and showed customer his work After Ryan done the job on fixing the hot water and heat at my house, i felt completely satisfy and secure and no more stress ! Sean C came to our house due to a sewer flooding. He came on a holiday and did a great job! He unplugged the sewer and gave me good tips in maintaining our drains clear and avoiding unplugged. He even cleaned up the mess caused by the flooding due to the overflowing water from the drains. He even taught me how to replace hose in our laundry. We would love to have him again in case we needed plumbing from gentlemen’s. Very clean job!

Despite the cost of the work I realize it was necessary and it was reasonable. Brian showed up and explained possible causes for my nondraining sink as well as best and worst case scenarios. He came at 6pm and worked til close to 3am to do some extensive work. I had a frozen solid drain issue. At every stage I was told how the work was processing and to ok any unusual procedures (they had to cut into a cabinet to change some piping (it ended up not affecting anything cosmetic) etc). At any rate no surprises. And great cleanup. Under my sink was left much cleaner than its ever been in my experience. Brian was professional and personable as was the other person who joined him (did not catch his name). Both were great. Highly recommend them and their company. -Paul

We had our sewer line back up into our basement. The technician, Dylan, arrived as scheduled, quoted us the price for each service that may be required and quickly assessed and resolved the problem. We were charged exactly the quoted amount for what was required and the technician offered us the seniors discount without having to ask. Job area was left clean and tidy. Dylan performed an inspection of our plumbing as part of the service and left us with some great tips. Great job by their friendly technician Dylan. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional.

We had frozen water pipes I called around Camrose were we live and none of the companies were willing to help us out. As we own a trailer and they wouldn't go underneath them. So we called The Gentlemen Plumers form Edmonton and they came out and thawed our water lines. Also suggested what was needed to do so this wouldn'd happen again. Our heat tape on the lines were still working, and are old, and we had no insulation on them. So they suggested we insulate the lines. They showed us the price to do just that, or we could replace the old heat tape and pay a different more expensive price. That is what we chose to do. Now we know that this will not happen again, also we have warranty too. The heat tape and insulation is all new.I feel it was well worth it. The two young fellows that came out were very professional. I will e calling these guys for any of our pluming needs. We knew the cost upfront, no hidden cost. Thank you so very much Cory and Kyle.

Nobody wants a plumbing emergency but if you have one, please call these guys. They were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time and gave me several options with prices included so there were no surprises on the bill. There is a membership plan available, but they did not engage in a "hard sell" manner. I will certainly be using this company again- ask for Dylan or Tom...they were great!!!

I had to privilege of having Andrew, Tom and Walter work to unfreeze the drain pipe and then 2 days later have to wake up to no running water so they were quick to respond and discover the heat tape had to be removed and replaced due to damage by rodents; this was long and tedious jobs but it was all met with professionalism and caring, due my personal circumstance they went the extra mile. Brian did an excellent job of replacing a kitchen faucet in a timely and very efficient manner. He also included a plumbing and furnace Inspection in the house. He was very thorough and went over everything in detail with me. Brian was very courteous and answered (and even anticipated) my questions thoroughly & satisfactorily. He also provided me with excellent advice regarding the performance and maintenance of my toilets, my furnace and my water heater.
