GoogleSSP was great on all counts. Our inverter failed but SSP did all the work with SolarEdge to get a replacement under warranty. When there were some compatibility complications with the Internet connection, SSP worked with SolarEdge to resolve those--despite SolarEdge being clearly difficult to deal with (consistent with my personal experience with SolarEdge). Eventually SolarEdge sent out a new comm board and SSP came out to install it, and everything was good...except that SolarEdge never sent a reimbursement check for a needed part. After months of pestering, SolarEdge eventually sent the check (thank you, Daniel/SSP for sticking with it and finally getting SolarEdge to send the check!). So, we can't say enough good things about Solar Service Professionals. if we do have another problem with our solar system we will call them without hesitation. I wish all service companies were as good as they are.
Googleand orders. Josh spoke professionally and had a great communication throughout the whole process. David was also awesome throughout this whole experience. David inspected the solar panel set up and determined that the inverter box was defective. David ordered the defective item and had it delivered to the home address. When the item arrived Josh set up an appointment in a timely matter. David came on time to all the appointments that was made and also called ahead of time to inform that he was on the way. David also spoke very professionally and communicated very well. When David replaced the defective item, he explained the solar set up process and assisted in explaining how the solar process worked. Josh then arranged the rebate procedure which was above and beyond because as a client it may have been improperly submitted. Josh then set a reference number for us to follow up with the rebate. Josh and David provided one of the best services a client can ever imagine. Best regards and well wishes to Josh and David as it is a reflection to the company and I hope for them to get a raise and recognition for the service they have provided
GoogleI highly recommend Solar Service Proffesionals. We had a existing system from a company which went out of business. Thank goodness for this company who is able to continue looking after our solar system. Daniel their technician came to have a look at our system and was amazing. Explained in detail and easy to understand terms facts about our system and the process to improve it. He was extremely professional. Josh followed up with a call saying he would go over our LADWP bills as well as what Daniel found on site and then call to give me different options. Plus if a problem was found with our Inverter and had to be replaced would do the warranty paperwork. This is very reassuring as most solar companies would not take over an existing system because of the warranty issues. So glad that the owners of this company had the foresight to set up a business which looks after people like ourselves who have been “orphaned” by solar companies going out of business. We consider solar a huge investment for our house, so to have our system be maintained by this amazing company is extremely reassuring. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

This system hasn’t worked properly since day 1 of installation and then company goes out of business. I can’t thank them enough for solving our issues with our solar system. One of the inverter’s is not working and they found it is still under warranty. If you need solar service on your system this is the company to hire. Thanks Solar Service Professionals I am looking forward to a long partnership with you monitoring our system.
