I moved into a new home with solar panels that were never working. After having the subcontractor visit 5 times without any progress I decided to reach out for a second opinion. Victor was dispatched to my home and within a few hours he was able to diagnose and fix the issue and had my solar live and running. He was extremely communicative and thorough, and I wish I reached out earlier. It’s very hard to find good service and profession service these days, but Victor is the real deal. Eduardo was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even while on my roof checking my solar panels he saw two cracked roof tiles and sealed them for me! Then he saw a vent cover flew off and sealed that on for me. He was only there for my solar. He went way above and beyond! I want to give a 5 Star Review to Solar Service Professionals and their awesome Solar Tech Eduardo "Eddy" Rodriguez. Eddy came to my house and diagnosed the issue (inverter having relay issues). He saw the inverter was under warranty and the "paperwork" was done for me to get a replacement inverter. Eduardo was here today and worked efficiently to get swap inverters. He took the time to show me how to cycle through the displays and pointed out the important ones to be aware of. I am very pleased with his professionalism and want to recommend him to anyone needing solar services.

For the past 2 years, I’ve been trying to fix a problem that was caused by poor installation from the installers who went out of business a year after they installed my system. I’ve spoken to at least 10 different companies with no resolution until I contacted Josh and Luis. They are responsive and diagnosed the problem and corrected the installation problem and so far my system is running accurately. One of their greatest strengths is explaining technical elements in an easy to understand manner that doesn’t require you to have a solar or electrical engineering degree. I also found their pricing very reasonable and would recommend them!

Solar was not producing and my bill was proof. Had not had my solar system looked at since it had been installed over 10 years ago. Contacted the Solar Service Professional, theyi had someone dispatched within a few days. Eduardo Rodruguez is wonderful. Professional, on time, knowledgeable, and by the time he left my solar was working at 60%. There are additional parts and items that need to be ordered otherwise I'm confident that he would have had it to 100%. But from zero production to 60% in an hour is pretty awesome. In addition to all of these great things, one thing I loved was they didnt try to sell me a new system. Would recommend 100% - after they get my system where it needs to be, I plan to discuss setting up an annual maintenance plan, ensure my system is working properly year after year. My solar technician was Eddie Rodriguez and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Then waited over 35 minutes on hold to get permission to make the repair. He did this in over 100 degree heat. He explained the basic operation of the system to me so I can shut it down in case of emergency. He also walked me through the next steps of the process so I have a better chance at recovering a credit for the time my system may not have been reporting properly to SDG&E. Bottom line great service and I hope he's able to assist when we get a battery installed.
