GoogleIve had the absolute best experience with Dr. Gilliland & his entire team. I am three weeks post up from upper eyelid surgery & lower lid laser resurfacing. The process has gone exactly as he told me it would in consultation & the change in my appearance was immediate. I am still in the healing phase. Upper lid scarring is now minimal less than a month out. Lower pad where resurfacing was completed reveals slight skin sloughing at this point, more plump visibility, and barely any redness or bruising now. I was prescribed Tramidol for pain & never needed it to this point. Any pain & discomfort has been easily managed with OTC Tylenol. I cannot wait to see progress in healing over 90 days.

RateMDSI cannot recommend Dr. Gilliland enough! Dr. Gilliland has the best bedside manner of any provider I have ever come across. He makes you feel extremely heard and respected, answers any and all questions with patience and understanding, and makes you feel like you are the most important patient. I am a week out from an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and although there is quite a bit of swelling, I can tell that he took a very conservative approach, and that I'm still going to look like the same person - just with a little refresh!

Having a slower recovery than I thought it would be, but very thankful for how good it continues to be. Have another appointment with him on February 18, 2025.
