Tim came out promptly and had a quote and installation of a new water heater/HVAC system the same week! Right before all the snow. A bid was given on a Wednesday and the new units were installed the following Monday. The following day an AA representative visited my home to follow up with any concerns (none) or questions I might have and provided step-by -step instructions for the digital thermostat. The sales representative, service technicians, and the office staff were professional, knowledgeable, skilled, polite and on time. Thank you American Air! GoogleWe highly recommend American Air...we had our AC stop working on an extremely hot day, on the weekend, and contacted them asking for help. They sent someone within about 20 minutes, and got it fixed right away. They are always very responsive, very polite, and get there quickly. They make each client feel like a priority, and treat them like a priority. We are so glad that people recommended we use this company when we needed HVAC help...now we know why everyone loves them. :) (Special shoutout to Tim! Thanks for always getting us taken care of!)

GoogleI struggled thru 2 weeks of a cold house. Original installer company was here three times; expensively, without a fix. I called American Air and the technician repaired mistakes made by the techs of original installer in an hour. System working great. Go with American Air first.

GoogleMy AC unit outside stopped working on one of those hot days, over 100 degrees. I called American Air. They sent out someone the very next day. Chance was very personable and professional. He explained that my capacitor needed replacing, a common problem. And he explained all of the charges and options for replacing the capacitor. I was afraid that I would need a whole new AC unit since it is over 20 years old. A less scrupulous business would have tried to get me to buy a new unit. Instead, Chance replaced the capacitor and I was good to go in a few minutes. $300 instead of $4000. Thanks for being honest!

It was about 100 degrees outside. Dan, the owner had someone at the property within an hour. I had to pay a Sunday rate, but it was more important that the response was fast given the heat outside. I would estimate the A/C was repaired within 2 hrs. of the initial call. Dan was friendly understood the importance of speed given the heat and it was much appreciated. I'll use them again. I should mention Total Comfort Solutions was the company I've used in the past but my last experience was not only poor but I was overcharged. When brought to the attention of the owner he was rude and unprofessional. I won't use them again. Service: A/C system maintenance

They arrive when they say they will. They call ahead before their people arrive to let us know they are on their way. They came back after the job to make sure we were satisfied.
