GoogleGoogleRandy from DGD arrived on time, listened carefully to the issues with the garage door, and then explained the steps he would take to determine the solution. He even offered to correct a small problem I had not noticed. We needed a new opener (which we had already figured we needed), plus a new keyless pad, and a new seal. All done in a timely and efficient manner (with several distractions), and a reasonable price. Very very pleased with the new opener, and with Randy and DGD!

GoogleWe've been using DGD for all our garage door needs for 5+ years now. They have always been prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. I purchase their maintenance program for 3-4 years at a time because, otherwise, I probably couldn't afford their visits. They do charge a fuel usage fee, which I could justify if we lived more than 25 miles away; but, we are literally 2 blocks away from their showroom, so I wish they would reconsider this charge. I'll continue to use them as long as I'm financially able to and highly recommend them.

GoogleHappy with JOHN & the complete replacement of the Garage door Opener. As a professional - John is great & did his part nicely. As for the DGD, they had previously changed my garage door spring with what they called at that time a Heavy Duty Galvanized Spring that would give me decades of life. The springs they sold me than were GREAT but unfortunately, "NO ONE" from DGD had ever told me that after 10 years they do NOT adjust the spring tension. When you sell a product you should be truthfull & let your customers know that your professionals are NOT allowed to adjust the tension after 10 years. With that being told, I would have probably gotten a regular spring set. In any case, this time they SOLD me a newer spring that is twice as expensive then the previous Galvanized springs but I did NOT want to argue & just wanted my Garage door functional. The OPENER that I had was the old Screw Rod type "Genie Execelarator" that worked great & I really liked but unfortunately I was told that these days they don't sell those any more to residential customers. So overall HAPPY with the professional but a little disappointed with the DGD policy of not allowing the professional to adjust the overpriced spring that they sold me after a certain time.

We scheduled for a week later due to their knowledge, professionalism, and the fact that they are locally owned and operated. Brian was our tech that installed the opener and he took the time to answer all of my questions and did a wonderful job installing the unit. We’ve never used this company before but DGD went the extra mile to earn our business and I would recommend using them for any garage door needs you may have.
