Raymond was the technician that came to our house today. He was extremely personable and professional, not to mention trustworthy. He took the time to explain to me how he came to the conclusions about how to replace the current spring that may be doing an adequate job and showed me the app they use that helps determine the best course of action when replacing broken springs depending on the weight of the door- it many not always be just a clear swap out of the broken spring with the same size. He showed me the measurements and app that helps determine the best way to go. Raymond was also trying to be comparative’s I would rather with either him but have to explore if I have a leg to stand if with my home warranty company or any rebate remaining..thank you!

Raymond from DGD came out to conduct regular maintanence on the garage doors. He went above and beyond! He was very helpful in answering our questions about the usage of the garage door and the concerns we had- since the side door is broken we are using the garage door 10 times more frequently to enter/exit the house. He explained that this puts more strain on the garage door and the spring at the top is good for 10,000 uses. He also helped us connect the garage doors to the buttons in the car. Overall, he was very helpful, he went above & beyone, and he was patient with us! Highly recommend!

Our call to DGD garage door company was such a relief. We dreaded the night our door decided that was it, this was probably the last close !!! We had to make the call for help. A service estimate was made the following day by DGD's technician Matthew Rivera. Matthew presented options as to what repairs were needed to operate the door. We decided to have a new opener installed & general maintenance done. The repairs were complete within a few hours. He explained in detail how the new system worked, demonstrate the safety features & explained the warranty on the equipment. Make that call to DGD ... you will be pleased with their service.

I was having issues with garage door opener where it wasn’t lifting up. I called DGD and they were able to send a technician out same day. Brakki Brazzle showed up and quickly showed me via pictures the problem. So I needed a new garage door opener he pulled up several options for me to choose from. After I selected the one I wanted to go with he was able to install it within about two hours that day. After the installation, he walked me through all the features. Brakki Brazzle was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company!

I needed service on my garage door opener and DGD scheduled an appointment and promptly showed up actually a bit earlier than expected. The tech's immediately got to work and solved my problem in a few minutes. They checked and serviced the opener as well as putting the red rope back on the opener that I accidentally ripped off by losing my balance and pulling the rope a bit too hard, (actually that rope kept me from falling on my face.) I was so grateful for both of the tech's. They are the greatest and I continue for DGD to be my go-to whenever I have problems with the opener. (which are few). These guys are wonderful. They are professional and knowledgeable.

The guys did a great job at a great price. They were prompt, professional and efficient. I was originally looking to fix a broken spring and cable, however my existing system was really old. They gave me such a great price that I was able to replace the whole system.It works great and is so quiet!!
