We are leaving Sunday for a weeks vacation. Friday night our garage door went on the fritz. My first thought was to set an appointment after we returned but asked if they could come Saturday. And they did. Chris, our tech, was extremely nice and very professional. He analyzed the problem, showed me the estimate and went to work. He had everything done in less than an hour. I am a new home owner and didn't know who to call when garage door spring broke. My neighbors both used Duke's when their springs broke and recommended them. Had a double garage door that wouldn’t open all the way with a chain type opener. I called several other companies first, but I could not wait days or even a week in one case to get my door back in working order. Always use this company for my garage door issues. Last Friday, my door refused to close. I was lucky enough to be able to get in contact with Jesse who was very polite and helpful and she was able to send out a technician that same afternoon. Josiah showed up a couple of hours later and was able to diagnose and address the issues. Again, he was very professional and courteous.
