Had a very unexpected emergency when my garage door's mounting pulled through the ceiling of my garage as I tried to open it. It was after 4 PM and DGD sent a tech by 7 the same evening. Josh was wonderful, was able to mount the door anchors properly into cement, and ensured it was working before leaving 3 hours later (yes, after 10 PM!). The next day I had some difficulty opening it again, but Josh was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I can't say enough good things about the service and response time!!!

My garage spring broke and because it was an insulated hurricane impact double wide large door when it broke we couldn’t manually open it. I called three companies and received three quotes. It wasn’t just the price that made my decision to use DGD it was Raymond. He explained the options and instead of over quoting me he quoted a reasonable price with a better warranty. I must say Raymond was very pleasant and gave me good maintenance advice. I would definitely recommend DGD based on my experience with Raymond. Excellent customer service with professional installation!

Dillon is a superstar garage door technician. He is knowledgeable, fast, efficient, hard working and takes pride in his work. These traits are rare these days. He showed up on time by himself. He examined our broken door and then evaluated our other garage door. He presented us an excellent-proactive solution to transform both of our doors into new-like condition, actually better than new. Dillon neatly laid out all the new components on the garage floor, very impressive and organized. He rebuilt both of our doors in a very short period of time. It was 97 degrees and the heat did not slow Dillon down. He did the work of four good men. He cleaned up the garage, programmed our remotes and even programmed our vehicles. He is amazing in every way. Dillon is an outstanding asset to this company. Highly recommend this company and Dillon to our family, friends and neighbors. I will only use this company and Dillon for our garage needs.

Dillion arrived within the appointment scheduled time (on the earlier side) and performed an assessment. A courteous gentleman. He recommended a new spring and rollers, cable tightening, as well as a possible motor replacement. Financial constraints allowed me to only authorize the spring and rollers. Dillon was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. I asked him to also provide me an estimate for the cost of installing insulation. Received email quotes for the motor, insulation as well as my invoice. I feel the parts and service performed was competitively priced. My only minor negative was a lack of cleanup when the job was completed. I had to vacuum portions of the garage floor for fallen debris.

Wonderful experience with my first time using this company. I noticed a broken tension spring on my suddenly very noisy garage door. Because they dont charge extra for weekends, I was able to get service on a Sunday, saving me loss of income if Id have needed to take time off work on Monday for the repair. Jimmy came out within an hour, was very informative, and quickly fixed my problems. The price charged seemed fair based upon Google research.
