Sometimes the word discount in a business can mean less than quality work and service. This is not the case with Discount Garage Door. While trying to reset our garage door opener we inadvertently messed up the whole thing! To top it off, this was on a Saturday. Daniel arrived in less than twenty minutes. He reset the hand held, the car, and the keypad in no time. He also lubricated the garage door and showed us how to maintain it. He was kind, courteous, and did more than expected at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend using DGD and Daniel.

I hired them 7 years ago to put in a new garage door. They are friendly and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I had an issue with the garage door when I came back from vacation. They came out promptly and the tech was wonderful. Found the issue quickly and again the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent installation technician! Trey was an outstanding representative of the company, did an excellent job and communicated effectively before and after the door opener installation. He made sure I understood pricing and installation timeframe before starting and took time to explain operation and features after he was finished. We have used them for tune ups and repairs, and everyone has always been cheerful, honest, and professional. Their scheduling department stays in contact with updates on expected arrival time, and their technicians are all wonderful. Had a door opener installed by Discount Garage Doors of Brooksville. My installers were Trey and Brandon. They were excellent. Took pride in their work and were clean, kind and professional. 2nd time I’ve used them and they are awesome.

My repair person was very professional and knowledgeable about the overall setup... A little pricey, but excellent work and excellent overall. In this case I got what I paid for; I had the hurricane garage door kit installed as well as the door rebuilt almost completely, including new spring set, new center bearing, new neoprene rollers, and re-enforced door panel frames. Door was adjusted and balanced to better than new.

What a great service experience! My technician, Randy, had the perfect blend of professional expertise and excellent customer skills. I didn’t have a broken spring emergency; so, a next day appointment was fine. He called ahead and arrived early in my appointment window. He quickly diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor, grabbed a new one from his truck , installed it and had the opener working fine again in half an hour. I’ll definitely call DGD when I have a garage door or opener problem.

To begin there are no words to describe the professionalism, mannerism, and courtesy that each member of this company extended to me. From the phone receptionist Danielle who was extremely helpful polite and attentive to all my needs when scheduling my appointment. Then I had the best technician ever a gentleman by the name of Matthew who was beyond outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable extremely professional courteous and so much of a people person. He saved me some money and did an excellent job on the repairs to my garage. This company would come highly recommended at any cost. If I could give 10 Stars I would. If you ever need garage repair please do not hesitate to call on DGD. Outstanding job well done keep up the good work.
