Randy Did an amazing job on fixing my garage.He was able to rectify the problem in a matter of mins … He pulled out wires that were left open from the last tech and tucked them so they are no longer exposed .. I would definitely recommend this company as they are quick and professional !!

Chris Wilson arrived early which was great. He explained everything that needed to be done. He finished quickly and was very neat. He also took the time to program my new controllers and explained how to do this. Then he showed me how to lubricate and maintain my garage doors. He was very friendly and professional.

Discount Garage Doors repaired and up graded my door in 2015. This is the first service call I requested since then. That should speak of the quality of their work. The Serviceman walked us through the homeowners periodic lube responsibility which can extended the life of the door and hardware for years. The people I have talked with are competent, and friendly. No agendas or sales pitches. I recommend Discount Garage Door hands down.

Love how convenient and quiet opening/closing garage door is now. Installing took less than hour, which was also a plus. The only thing I did not enjoy was the obligatory upselling. I'm on a tight budget and this was an unexpected expense. I inquired about a military discount and it was returned with 10-year warranty for an additional almost $200. That's it, my only complaint. Everything else was convenient and simple.

Chris Michaud came to fix garage door opener. He called before showing up, which allowed us to ensure he had access to the opener. He was right on time and easily fixed the problem. The cost was fair, and we purchased an extended warranty that will save us money on future repairs. Chris is a conscientious repairman and provided excellent service!

My bracket had come away from the garage door and was just hanging there. I called DGD and was very courteously treated, with next day service. Jaden was my tech and was very thorough and personable. DGD does not charge a service charge, but I thought my bill was quite pricey and why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. I had 2 broken springs on my garage door and I couldn't open the door. I called at 945 am. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant They were able to send a tech out the same day. The repairs cost more than I thought they would but then again i had no idea what to expect. The tech was very courteous, friendly and professional. I would recommend Discount Garage Door
