Randy, the technician was prompt with his appointment. He diagnosed the problem and gave us three options. He also gave me advise on lubrication the garage door. We are very satisfied with Discount Garagee we Doors.

Trey phoned ahead of his arrival. He then arrived, was very polite, friendly and informative. Spent time adjusting the track and pulleys, when finished, the door doesn't make all the noise and hesitation any more. I am always pleased when he comes back for the annual maintenance.
