Although my appointment time wasn’t met, I received MULTIPLE calls advising me of the delay. Then Daniel arrived and the delay was MORE THAN worth it!! He was efficient, informative, and courteous!! My experience with DGG had been a good one from the beginning. The employees who confirm appointments & arrival times are polite and courteous. Travis, the door specialist, explained the garage screen doors in detail & answered any questions we had. He also kept me updated on his arrival time & was very prompt. Brandon, the technician in our area, was the best. The CSR & Brandon kept me updated as to his arrival. He explained In detail what needed to be done to repair our garage door, explained what to do in the future if this or that happened, completely two task we asked for nice & neat. He also programmed my car to the garage door which will be so convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Discount Garage Doors.

DGD worked with me to meet my schedule to replace my garage door that had died of old age, their technician arrived when scheduled and did an excellent installation. Even the post install clean up was done very well. Recommend them as a first rate vendor!

Excellent and professional service. Tech came out within a couple day (we were not in urgent need), he pointed out needs, explained and quoted. Most of which I already knew, so I felt comfortable with his recommendations. The quote was reasonable and the job was completed that day. I’m very pleased with the work and the cleanup after. Brandon was super. He came to a totally destroyed garage door and was able to get the damaged door down to protect my home. He arrived on time and quickly to my need for help. The price for a replacement was written up. He did not charge me for the callout to a very difficult situation. Brandon was awesome. When you need service try to request Brandon.

I called DGD at 08:45 last night with a broken garage door spring and I was put on schedule for today 10/26/21 Tyler called me first thing this morning to say he was on his way. He was very professional and took time to explain everything to me that it took to fix my garage door. I highly recommend Discount Garage door for all your garage door needs.

They had a good price on a replacement door. Unfortunately after they installed it a bracket loosened up on the ceiling, but they (Randy) did a great job fixing it on warranty. Would definitely recommend them.
