Brandon Collins was my technician today. He arrived precisely when he was scheduled too. He listened to me describe the problem, checked the hard ware and motor, and identified the problem to. Brandon began repairs, and worked until the job was finished. He explained what he had done and the door worked properly. He was professional, capable, and fast. He did a very good job.
The technician was professional, on time, and did outstanding work in installing the opener. I was required to pay 50% up front, that was the only reason I did not rate the entire experience a 5.

Great service and timely. We needed our garage serviced after having the garage doors for one year. The technician Mina Yousef arrived as committed - which happened to be on a Sunday and assessed both our garage doors and applied his recommendations to best service our doors. We will be asking for Mina for our recurring annual maintenance inspection checks. This firm provides fair costs for quality service is the bottom line.
